Build Your Own Basin: Palo Verde Neighborhood Leaders
Become a neighborhood leader and help your neighbors learn how to harvest the rain with their own basins! At the end of the training you will receive a free BYOB kit (one native shade tree, one native shrub, native grasses, a packet of wildflower seeds and a bag of woodchip mulch.) PVNA wants to provide opportunities for our community members to meet and get to know each other. We will designate one movie each month at The Loft Cinema (3233 East Speedway) as our Meetup Movie.
Our inaugural movie will be announced when The Loft has updated their schedule but mark your calendars for Thursday, September 7. We will be targeting evenings between 5:30-7:00. Attendees will be responsible for purchasing their tickets, popcorn, and beverages. Look for more information in next week’s e-news or on the PVNA Facebook page.
